1. About these terms
These terms apply when you request or purchase logo design, social media graphics, banners, advert images, brand packs, or related design services from Draig Stack Logos, a service provided by Draig Stack Limited.

3. Services
We provide logo and branding packages. Package contents may include logo concepts, logo exports, transparent PNG files, JPG files, social profile images, cover banners, advert graphics, brand colours, font suggestions, and related launch graphics, depending on the package selected.
4. Customer brief
You are responsible for providing accurate information in your brief, including business name, wording, colours, examples, style preferences, and any materials required for the work. Delays in providing information may delay delivery.
5. Customer materials
If you provide existing logos, images, examples, fonts, names, slogans, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use and share those materials with us for the purpose of creating your design work.
6. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions stated at the time of order. Extra revisions, additional concepts, or major changes outside the original brief may be charged separately.
7. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the package, brief quality, workload, revisions, and customer response times. We will provide design files using suitable digital delivery methods such as email or download links.
8. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. Work may not start until payment, deposit, or written approval has been received. Prices may change, but confirmed orders will follow the agreed price.
9. Ownership and usage
Once the agreed payment has been received, you may use the final approved logo and delivered brand assets for your business. Drafts, rejected concepts, working files, internal prompts, and unused designs remain with Draig Stack Logos unless agreed otherwise in writing.
10. AI-assisted design
Draig Stack Logos may use AI-assisted tools, design software, and human review as part of the creative process. Final delivered assets are reviewed and prepared as part of our design service.
11. Trademarks
We do not guarantee that a logo, name, slogan, or design is available as a trademark or free from all third-party claims. You are responsible for carrying out trademark, legal, and business name checks before using or registering a brand.
12. Refunds
Because design work is custom-made, refunds may not be available once work has started. If there is a problem, contact us so we can review the issue and try to resolve it fairly.
13. Limitation of liability
We aim to provide professional design work, but we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost business, or issues caused by incorrect customer information, third-party platforms, printing suppliers, hosting, social media changes, or unauthorised use of materials supplied by the customer.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.
